One Monarch panic device that we carry is the Monarch 19-R rim device. It is non-handed for left or right hand use on wood or metal doors. Color options include stainless, dark bronze, and aluminum in either 36 inches or 48 inches.
We also stock the Monarch 19-V which is a vertical rod Monarch panic device for use on wood or metal doors. The 19 Series devices are perfect for when low-cost, heavy-duty hardware is needed. Color options include aluminum and dark bronze in either 36 inches or 48 inches.
Another option we offer is the Monarch 24-R Series rim device. This non-handed Monarch panic device can be used on wood or metal doors. Color options include stainless steel, dark bronze, and aluminum for either a 28 to 36-inch door width or a 36.5 to 48-inch door width.
Another Monarch panic device that we stock is the Monarch 25-R rim device. This non-handed, heavy-duty Monarch panic device is made for use on wood or metal doors. Available colors include stainless steel, dark bronze, dark brown, and aluminum with door widths to choose from, as well.
You can also check out the Monarch 25-V vertical rod device, intended for use in high-traffic facilities. Available colors include dark bronze, brushed chrome, and aluminum for either a 36-inch wide by 84-inch high door or a 48-inch wide by 84-inch high door.
There are a number of replacement parts available to order for the 24 Series and the 25 Series. (Devices of the same price typically have very few parts available).
The XX Series Monarch panic devices were discontinued in 2019, but some of their replacement parts are still available to order from us. History of the Monarch Panic Device Company
The Monarch company was founded in Shepherdsville, Kentucky as a family-owned business in the 1920s. Monarch remained family-owned up until the 1990s when it was first sold to Newman Tonks PLC. It was later sold to Ingersoll-Rand in 1998.
You may have come across Monarch panic devices under a different brand name. Both Monarch and Dor-o-matic were rebranded to Falcon by Ingersoll-Rand in 2007. The Falcon line and others were then moved to the Allegion product line in 2012. At Robert Brooke & Associates, we carry the Monarch/Falcon panic devices to fit your needs!

If you order a custom-sized Monarch exit device, certain finishes, or certain replacement hardware, then these can take up to 2 weeks to ship as they are factory orders.

The Falcon/Monarch Fire Rated Top Latch is used on the F-19-V, F-24-V, F-25-V, F-18-V and F-XX-V Surface Vertical Rods. The new number from Falcon is 650375, the old Monarch Number was F588. This latch is used on the above devices that are Fire Rated, meaning you can not dog these device in the Unlock Position. If your device has the ability to be dogged open, then use the G588 Non Fire Rated Version

Falcon Mechanical Electric Latch (MEL) Retrofit Kit 47867200
New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply. The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Monarch Falcon 299 Strike for 25-R and 24-R Devices
The Monarch Falcon 299 Strike is used on the 25-R and 24-R Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". This strike is the same as the Von Duprin 299 Strike.

Monarch 712L Lever Trim
The Monarch 712L Lever Trim is used for the XX-C, 18-C, and all 24 Series Falcon Devices. The XX-C and 18-C are the obsolete concealed vertical rod Monarch Exit Devices. The Trim is non handed or field reversible. The Key locks or unlocks the Lever. The escutcheon measures 1-3/4" wide and 7-1/4" long.

The Monarch Falcon 25-V is designed for high-traffic applications were added strength and durability are required. The device includes all strikes and mounting screws required for installation. Available in 3' and 4' devices, the 3' device is for doors 30" to 36", the 4' device is for doors that are 37" up to 48" wide. The vertical rods furnished with this device are for doors up to 7' tall, if your doors are taller, please contact us.

Monarch Exit Device 912L Lever Trim
The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick. We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function. This lever is for use on the Monarch/Falcon 19 Series. On the Night Latch function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included. This lever trim is field reversible, so handing is not needed. We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.

Monarch Dor-O-Matic 600339 NL Spring Package
The Monarch / Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package converts the 179L , 712L, 712K, 912l and 911K to an NL function. The NL function is one were the Lever Handle can not be unlocked and left in the unlocked position when the key is removed. Spring has a 5/8" diameter. See attached instructions.

This is the cover for the Monarch Falcon 19-R Rim Device. The cover measures 5-7/8" tall by 2-1/2" wide with a projection of 1-7/8". We sometimes find the number 6133 - 000 cast into the inside of the cover.

Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Kit
Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed. As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.
We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket
This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nut and screw.

Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly
The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod. The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection. The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.
