Strikes
Panic device strikes, also known as exit device strikes, are parts for exit devices that should always be kept up-to-date. Like any hardware, these kinds of strikes should be replaced if worn out or broken, and we have just the hardware for that sort of repair. Choose Robert Brooke & Associates as your primary shop for panic device strikes and other relevant hardware!
Panic device strikes typically align with the manufacturer and the manufacturer series, one example being that the Von Duprin 299 Strike will not be compatible with a Corbin Russwin ED8200. It will be helpful to know the manufacturer of your panic device strike and or any panic device hardware. Having this key piece of information can help you determine precisely what type of panic device strike you will need to look for. If you don’t know the specific branding of your panic device strikes or the device itself, feel free to email us a photo of both so that we can find a match for the right part.
Our website contains two pages full of different styles of panic device strikes available for online purchase, approximately 50 panic device strikes total. All of the panic hardware that we stock is made by a top-tier manufacturer in the industry.
Order your panic device strikes online today! Please don’t hesitate to contact us for help. We are always happy to assist with your order.
Panic Device Strike Features
Our online selection includes but is not limited to electric strikes, top strikes, bottom strikes, and surface vertical rod panic device strikes. The electric strikes that we carry fall under either the Von Duprin or HES brand with four variations of Von Duprin panic device strikes and two of HES.
The Von Duprin electric strikes in our selection are compatible with rim exit devices. Whether you select stainless steel or dark bronze, you will also have the option of choosing between fail-secure (FSE) or fail-safe (FS). The FSE version is fire-rated whereas the FS is non-fire-rated. For the HES electric strikes we have available, you have the option of choosing the finish or color.
There are also panic device strikes that should specifically either be installed on the top or on the bottom of a device. Both Falcon and Yale brands offer styles of bottom and top strikes.
The Sargent has two styles of bottom strikes that we have on our site. These are the Sargent 624 panic device strike and the Sargent 655 panic device strike which are compatible with surface vertical rod devices. These have a black coated epoxy, along with the Sargent 649 panic device strike and the panic device strike Sargent 646.
Some of the panic device strikes in our stock are compatible with rim exit devices. The rim exit device strikes in our online list are manufactured by either Corbin Russwin or Von Duprin.
We also have dust proof strikes, roller strikes, strike shims, and semi-mortise strikes, to name a few. All of the products come with specific features unique to them which can typically be found in the product description.
If you require clarity on whether you need an electric strike, top strike, bottom strike, or a strike for a rim exit device, we have answers for you! A Robert Brooke associate will be delighted to assist in clarifying any details that will help with your order.
